Polwo Ministries started on the 10th september 2007 in a seven-day conference with a membership of 9 persons at Ughelli in Delta state of Nigeria. The last day of the conference which is 16th September 2007 was the commissioning service day.
God had been faithful in these few years, the ministry has experience a rapid growth both in membership and expansion with branches in other cities. In years of existence, the church was moved to his permanent place of worship in, an auditotrium of four thousand capacity, Every Sunday Service is a blessed moment with God;The church has fourteen branches as at now.
The Senior Pastor and Wife
Obuks M. Akpene is a firebrand apostle of Jesus Christ, the Senior Pastor of Power of life World Outreach a.k.a. Polwo Ministries. He is Married to a very supportive wife, Pst (mrs) Edith Obuks Akpene, and they're blessed with three lovely children, Godsfavour, Mitchell and Cherish.
He presently reside in Ughelli, close to Warri, A medium size town of delta state in the oil-rich Niger-Delta region of southern Nigeria. Gifted in God's Word, a dynamic preacher, healing, deliverance and Prophecy, He has been used of God to reach the life of countless individuals and Nations, God is still using him to break yokes and remove burdens from the life of members and none members alike.
He minister at various locations all over the world as he is invited, even as he pastor's the fastest growing church in the Niger Delta region, God is doing great works at the headquaters and branches of the ministries.
